Ticket Description: Kick off the month with Art Therapy Thursday — a relaxed, judgment-free studio session set to soft lo-fi music. Choose your project (pre-printed canvas, wooden round, or tote bag) and create at your own pace, with our artists on hand to help however you'd like. 18+ only.
Art Therapy Thursday is a casual, creative studio session designed to help you relax and unwind — it is not a form of clinical therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. No licensed therapists or mental health professionals are present or involved. If you are seeking professional mental health support, please consult a licensed provider.
