We require a minimum of 10 party guests. If there are less than 10 painters, the party host will be charged for 10 painters regardless.
A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is due to book your desired/requested date and time.
The total invoice balance is due before the party has started.
If the instructors cancel or store closes for any reason, the deposit will be refunded.
Parties must start promptly at scheduled party time. If the party host requests to delay the start time due to painters being late, the party host will be charged $30 per 1/2 hour. We will wait up to one hour. Painting parties last about 1.5 hours. If the party is more than 1 hour delayed, the party will have to be canceled and can be rescheduled for an additional fee. No refunds will be granted. The reschedule fee is $100, due at the time of the new event.
If requested, refunds can be granted up to 30 days prior to the scheduled party date. After 30 days, you can reschedule your party date but will only receive a credit to be used for another date. There will be no refunds or credits for cancelations within 14 days of the scheduled party date.
