Celebrate your artistic endeavors at Modern Party Art Studio, located at 28 Draper Ln in Canton, MA. Our vibrant and unique venue is perfect for hosting various non arty and art-focused events. Art Events: Embrace your creativity by organizing painting parties, video/photo shoots, podcast recordings, dance shows, fashion shows, exhibitions, and more in our studio. With a capacity for up to 80 standing or 50 seated guests, it provides an intimate setting for your special occasion. Rental and Amenities: We offer easels, brushes, and aprons for rent, while you need to bring your own paint and art materials. You can also bring in a DJ and up to two vendors, and we don't take any vendor fees. However, any additional services like a DJ or catering must be paid for separately. Visiting and Booking: We recommend scheduling an in-person visit to the studio before finalizing your booking. This allows you to see the space and discuss your specific requirements. Once confirmed, a contract must be signed within 7 days, and refunds are not available after 24 hours. Booking Details: The minimum booking is 3 hours, and a deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event or within 24 hours for last-minute bookings. Plan ahead to secure your preferred time slots, as we accommodate up to 3 events per day. Included Perks: We provide tables, chairs, and benches. The studio has covered parking, an on-site sink (no kitchen), and allows you to bring your own food and beverages (BYOB). Artwork displayed on the walls must remain untouched, but you can request removal for a fee. Cleaning/Security Deposit and Additional Charges: A refundable cleaning/security deposit of $250 is required before the event. This deposit will be returned after a satisfactory inspection.
