Service Description

Get your paintbrushes and fundraising hats on for a private event that combines creativity and philanthropy. Our studio can accommodate up to 45 painters, and all fundraisers require a minimum of 10 painters to receive their portion of funds. You can use this opportunity to raise funds for a special cause, your own business, a non-profit, a personal event, and more. With every ticket sold at $50, you receive $10 towards your fundraising goal. Each ticket includes a 12x16 canvas, tote bag, or bring your own surface like sneakers, hats, or jackets. Plus, BYOB and food to keep the spirits high while you unleash your inner artist. To ensure the success of your fundraiser, you need to promote the event on your own platform and sell your own tickets via the link we provide. But don't worry, we'll create a ticket link for you to send to guests upon request. The fundraiser deposit is $150, which includes two guests as well as the fundraiser facilitation fee. All guests must RSVP by purchasing a ticket at least 7 days before the event. During the 3-hour event, you'll have access to all painting materials, a custom music playlist, and a digital banner to make the most out of your private studio experience. And to make it all worthwhile, you'll receive the fundraiser funds via paper check or PayPal within 7 days of your event completion. Please note that we require a minimum of 10 tickets sold for your event to be held, and there are no refunds on ticket sales.
