June 5 - Hanover Pop Up Shop Vendor Registration

We are so excited that you are interested in being a vendor at our Spring Fling Pop Up Shop in Hanover!

Vendor arrival 11 am

Event doors open 12 pm

Event doors close: 4 pm

Vendor clean up: 4-4:30 pm

Before securing your vendor spot, make sure you can also do your part in sharing and boosting this event.  All vendors are required to invite previous and new customers.  We are expecting each vendor to have at least 15 patrons coming in just because they want your products!  Let’s all do our part and start sharing! Share on all your social media, create eventbrite links and send texts to all of your friends and family!  In addition to your support, MPA uses part of your vendor fee to go toward marketing via emails, text messages, and social media boosting.

Vendor Spots DO NOT COME WITH TABLES! Spots are 1st come, 1st serve.  Each vendor will have an 8'x8' spot. You can bring a table and clothing rack if needed or any other display items, as long as it fits in your spot.

Here are the rules for this pop up shop:

1. Every vendor should have a bottle of hand sanitizer for guests to use
2. Be professional and have an eye catching display
3. Vendor tables are limited to 3 people working
4. You must share the flyer or one you made on all of your social media platforms, email marketing, and/or texting. Remember you agreed to have at least 15 shoppers stop by to see your table.
5. If you will be having testers or samples, please bring disposable testers....let's try to keep the germ spread down as much as possible.
6. Please arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes before start time…If you will be late, just shoot us a text!
