420 Open Mic Night

CONSENT FORM

We are back with Open Mic Night....but with a twist...It's 4.20 let's blow it down and vibe it up!! 

Performers:

Singers, songwriters, poets, rappers, musicians...the stage is yours! Your ticket is $5 per singer or group. Each person/group gets 7 minutes of stage presence. There will be an order and you will get your order number the day of the event. Feel free to bring merch to sell & business cards! You will not have a space to display your items so just bring what you an carry on your person. There will not be any tables at this event.

All performers should arrive by 8:30 pm and should stay till the last performer finishes. If there is more time after everyone has gone, you may go up and perform again.

Spectators:

Family, friends, and community members....come show up and show your support! $15 per person. Space is very limited!

BYOB:

You may bring one bottle of unopened wine or champagne. We will open it for you when you are seated. We will also provide cups. If you bring a bottle previously opened, we will ask you to put it back in your car. There will not be any alcoholic beverages sold at this event.

BYOBUD:

Open Mic Night is a cannabis friendly event...twist something, eat something...all 4.20 products are welcome inside. Designated smoking area outside.

We cannot hold seats, please wait for your party if you want to sit together.

Merchandise will be for sale, including:

• Soda, juice, and water
• Cheese and nuts
• Paint kits
• Coloring Books
• T-shirts

Refund Policy:

There are no refunds whatsoever. Tickets can be transferred with written approval to admin@modernpartyart.com. We will be checking IDs...this is a 21+ event.
