Service Description
Private party at Modern Party Art for kids. Includes one art activity of your choice, a personalized digital backdrop, a customized keepsake apron, and a private party space. Bring your own food (finger foods only), or add pizza. Pricing starts at $38 per artist and goes as low as $30 per artist as your group size increases, 10-artist minimum, up to 40 guests. $150 booking fee covers apron, backdrop, birthday gift, and clean-up.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee A $100 booking fee is required to reserve your date, time, and space. This fee is non-refundable and is not deducted from your total balance. Final Headcount & Payment All parties have a 10 artist minimum. One week before your event, you'll confirm your updated headcount estimate — you will be charged for that number (or 10, whichever is greater), regardless of how many guests actually attend. If More Guests Show Up Than Estimated If additional guests arrive beyond your confirmed estimate, we cannot guarantee they'll be able to participate in the activity. Guests only pay for those creating — however, the number of non-creating guests allowed in the studio/room will not exceed the number of creators. Waivers Each family must complete a waiver before the party begins. Add-Ons Add-ons are subject to availability and can be paid for in advance or on the day of the event, along with your total balance. Refund Policy There are no refunds — on the booking fee, party balance, or any add-ons. Cancellations by MPA Modern Party Art reserves the right to cancel any event at our discretion. If MPA cancels your event, you will receive a credit toward a future event (not a refund).
