11. Have you traveled in the past 14 days to any regions affected by COVID-19?
12. Have you been tested for COVID-19?
13. Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19?
14. Are you over the age of 65?

Refund Policy:

Tickets ARE transferable. Email admin@modernpartyart.com to update the names on the tickets.

If a full refund is requested, it must be requested at least 7 days before the event.

Credit to a future event within 30 days can be granted if a refund request is requested at least 3 days before the scheduled event for which your initial ticket was purchased.

*(Pre-Drawn Canvas events only) If a refund is requested less than 3 days before the event, you may pick up your pre-drawn canvas (paint and brushes are not included). You have 3 days to pick up your canvas.
