$150 Booking Fee – What’s Included

Our $150 booking fee secures your party date and time and ensures you get the full Modern Party Art experience. This fee is not deducted from the total party cost but includes the following:

A professionally hand-lettered or graffitied apron with the birthday child's name, perfect for guest signatures and as a fun memento.

A special crown for the birthday child to feel like the star of the celebration.

📸 Custom Digital Backdrop
Submit a photo, and we’ll create a personalized digital backdrop featuring the child’s name and party theme for awesome photo opportunities.

🖼️ Private Studio Access
Your event will be held in a private studio space, ensuring no public access during your party.

🎶 Music & Entertainment Options
Guests can enjoy access to Wi-Fi, premium Spotify and Apple Music services for custom playlists, and more.

🕒 Extended Setup & Cleanup Time
Enjoy 30 minutes of setup time before your party and 15 minutes of cleanup time after, giving parents and helpers a stress-free experience.

🎉 Taxes Included
All taxes for the crafts and activities are covered for your guests.

• The rental period totals 2 hours and 45 minutes (including setup and cleanup).

• Guests may enter at the scheduled time and leave promptly at the end.

• Party dates and times are not guaranteed without the $150 booking fee, which is first-come, first-served.
