Service Description
Thank you for your interest in hosting your event in our Main Space! This open venue floor holds up to 200 guests and is perfect for larger celebrations, corporate events, and community gatherings. Please fill out this form with your event details and any add-ons (alcohol, catering, vendors) so we can prepare your rental contract. Once submitted, we'll follow up with your total fees, deposit amount, and the rental agreement for signature.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: Submitting this form is a request to book, not a confirmed reservation. Your date and time are not approved or held until you receive written confirmation from Modern Party Art. Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Balance due one week prior to the event. Security Deposit: 20% of the total rental fee, collected separately in cash. Fully refundable upon venue inspection post-event. Cancellation: No refunds within 90 days of the event. A credit (valid for one year) is issued for cancellations made 90+ days out. Rescheduling: Permitted 90+ days prior for a $150 rescheduling fee. A new date must be booked immediately. Alcohol: Modern Party Art does not serve alcohol on-site. Any alcohol at your event requires a City of Boston permit and is subject to city approval, which is not guaranteed and is the client's responsibility to obtain. Licensed security and a licensed bartender must be present for the full event duration. Food & Catering: Outside food is welcome. Caterers must provide a Certificate of Insurance or sign MPA's vendor waiver. Event End Time: All events must conclude by 11:00 PM. Venue must be vacated by midnight. Decorations: Balloons and tablecloths permitted. No adhesives, nails, or anything causing wall damage.
