Birthdays, baby showers, team nights, fundraisers, or "just because" celebrations all have a home at Modern Party Art. Keep it intimate in The Vault, a 1,100 sq ft private space with its own entrance on Park Street. Go big on the Main Space, our 6,000 sq ft open floor with a stage for your DJ, live band, or open mic night. Or take over the Full Venue, 7,100 sq ft combining both spaces for your biggest celebration yet.

Outside food is welcome, and want a bar at your event? We can help you get a one-day license to make it happen (book at least 3 weeks ahead, subject to City of Boston approval). Pictures are great, but nothing beats seeing it in person, so stop by for a tour and picture your event here! Ready to book? Pick your space below.

Good to Know
Dates are first come, first served, and we can only hold your date once a deposit is paid. Weekday rentals (Monday–Thursday) have a 2-hour minimum at an hourly rate, and weekend rentals (Friday–Sunday) are booked in a 6-hour block. Your rental time includes setup and cleanup, and you get a free 30-minute grace period after your event to wrap up. No rush! Plus, Event Host members save 20% on their entire rental, so ask us about it on your tour!
