Public Ticketed Events
A refund will be granted for ticketed events only if it is requested within 48 hours of purchasing.

If you purchased a ticket for an event more than 4 weeks away, a refund can be granted.
We require a minimum of 8 painters. If there are less than the minimum requirement of painters, the party host will be charged for the minimum painters regardless.
A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is due to book your desired/requested date and time.
Your deposit holds your date.
Deposit refunds: You have 2 days (48 hours) from initial booking to request a full refund of your deposit back to your original payment method. If you would like to reschedule and carry your origianl deposit to the new date, you must do so with at least 4 weeks before your original party date. Events can only be rescheduled one time.
Total invoice balance is due at least 7 days before your scheduled event. Before making your final payment, be sure all of the party details are correct, as there are no refunds after payment is completed. If payments are made after the due date, A $10 LATE FEE WILL INCUR FOR EVERYDAY YOUR PAYMENT IS LATE. If final payment is not made within 48 hours of your scheduled event, your party will be canceled with no refunds or rescheduling. Please contact us as soon as possible if your party details have changed, including any scheduling conflicts, the number of supplies needed, or anything impeding original party plans.
If Modern Party Art cancels or the studio closes for any reason on your party date, you will receive a full refunded.
Parties must start promptly at the scheduled party time. Remember painting takes 1.5 hours. If your guests are not on time, it may impede on party time and guests will not be able to finish their painting. Painters may not take any supplies besides their canvas home to finish their painting.
If requested, credits can be granted up to 4 weeks prior to the scheduled party date or shipping date.
Event & Studio Space
A deposit is required to book your date for all event/studio space rentals. Once your deposit is paid, your date and time will be secured. You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of the initial booking date. If your event/studio space rental is more than 4 weeks out, you may reschedule but will not be able to cancel for a refund. You may only reschedule once, otherwise, you'll forfeit your deposit.
During the Covid Pandemic, the total invoice balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled date or before the products can be shipped.
If Modern Party Art cancels or the studio closes for any reason on your scheduled date, the deposit will be refunded.
