To request a refund, email or fill out the form below.
If a full refund is requested, it must be requested at least 7 days before the event.
To receive a credit to be applied to a future event, you must request this at least 3 days before the scheduled event that you will not be able to make it to. The event must be held at Modern Party Art's studio and be held within the next 30 days from the original refund date. The new event ticket must be equal or lesser value. No change will be given. You may pay the difference if you would like to upgrade your ticket for a higher-priced ticketed event.
*(Pre-Drawn Canvas events only) If a refund is requested less than 3 days before the event, you may pick up your pre-drawn canvas (paint and brushes are not included). You have 3 days to pick up your pre-drawn canvas.
*(All other events and blank canvases) No refunds or credits will be given without at least 3 days' notice.
