Thank you for choosing Modern Party Art. We strive to provide you with the best possible experience, and we understand that sometimes situations arise that require refunds or credits. Please take a moment to read and understand our refund policy.
Generally, refunds are not granted for any reason for any payments made to Modern Party Art, unless requested within 24 hours of successful payment. However, we do give credits for certain circumstances as listed below.
TRANSFER OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PAINT PARTY EVENT TICKETS
All public and private paint party event tickets are transferable up until the day before the event. Please email the original receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the name, email, and phone number of the person you are transferring the ticket(s) to.
REFUND AND CREDIT POLICY BASED ON PURCHASE TYPES
-All private paint party deposits: Refunds are granted if requested in writing within 24 hours of booking. A 50% refund will be issued if requested within 60 days. If requested within 30 days, a 75% credit will be given towards a rescheduled date. The party must be rebooked immediately, and only one rescheduling per party date is allowed.
-Individual tickets for private and public events only: You may request a credit in writing to use for another event. Requests are only granted if you do so within 24 hours of payment. No refunds or credits will be issued otherwise.
-Art Camp: No refunds or credits will be granted whatsoever. Art Camp tickets are non-transferable. If your child cannot attend Art Camp, and you notify us within 60 days of Art Camp commencement, you may request a credit for 50% of your fee paid, to be used only for that specific child for Art Camp only.
-Vendor fees: No refunds will be issued. However, you may request a credit of the total fee paid if made within 24 hours of payment. Credits can only be used for vendor spots, no exceptions. If you broke any of the Vendor requirements and rules and have not been allowed to come back to another event, there will be no refunds or credits given no matter what.
-Merchandise: No refunds will be issued whatsoever. If you order something for pick-up and it is not picked up within 30 days of ordering, it will be restocked without refund. Please let us know as soon as possible if you prefer your item(s) to be shipped. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us in writing within 7 business days to receive a credit or replacement. We only issue credits and replacements after you have returned and we have received the damaged item. All credits and replacements are subject to inspection.
-Fees: All POS, website, and marketing fees added onto your payment are non-refundable and not available for credit.
